Steve Grossman joined Luminate as Senior VP of Retail Lending in 2025. A mortgage veteran since 1991, Steve previously served as Managing Partner at NJ Lenders Corp, where he personally funded over $3 billion in loans. For the past 20 years, he has been consistently recognized as a "Top Loan Originator in America."

Currently, Steve oversees MLO management, recruiting, operations, and marketing. An active industry leader, he serves as a business coach and board member for Lenders One and various non-profits. Steve resides in Towaco, NJ, with his wife and two sons.
